Our Process

Building relationships one detail at a time

Initial Call:  During our initial call we will ask you questions about what you want to do, when you want to start, and whether you want to do some of the work yourself.  We will set up a time to meet with you in your home that is best for you to see the home improvements you want to make.

First In-Home Meeting:  At this meeting we will sit down with you and any other decision makers to go over the project in more detail.  Our job at this point is to listen to what your vision and goals are for your project.   We will take pictures and measurements of the area to be renovated or remodeled so that we will be able to provide you with an accurate proposal.

Second In-House Meeting:  At this meeting we will present a detailed description of what we will do based on what your vision of the renovation or remodel is.  We will commit to a price for our work and if you decide to move forward you will be asked to provide a percentage of the projected cost before we begin.  Once we have a signed committment, we will schedule the work to be done. 

Construction:  During this phase you will see the changes taking place and will be updated on progress and plans.  You will know when we will be in your home and what we will be doing.  As we proceed any issues that pop up will be discussed and you will be the decision-maker as to what to do.  You will have the power to add or subtract tasks from the original proposal. There will not be any surprises you don't understand.  Our professionals will be on the job and will answer any and all questions you might have.  Our Marketing Director will be stopping by to see the progress and answer questions.  We will do our best to keep the job site "broom clean" and safe for you and your family.

Post Construction:  We will conduct a project inspection with you and develop a list of "to dos" that are necessary for completion to your satisfaction of the work we have done.  In the days that follow, our quality assurance staff will be in touch with you to make sure everything is working correctly and you are satisfied with our work.  In the event something needs to be done, we will take care of the problem in a timely fashion.
